2. Products & Fragrance Disclaimer
All perfumes are for external use only.
Fragrance perception varies from person to person due to skin chemistry and environmental factors.
We do not guarantee identical scent experience for every individual.
Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.
EVENOIR fragrances may be inspired by global scent profiles. Any brand names mentioned (if applicable) are for descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with any designer or luxury brand.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
Order confirmation via email does not guarantee acceptance until the product is dispatched.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before order dispatch.
We are not responsible for payment gateway errors beyond our control.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.
EVENOIR shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products (personal use category), returns are limited.
Eligible cases:
- Damaged product received
- Leakage during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Conditions:
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video proof required
- Product must remain unused
- Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Scent preference issues
- Opened or used products
7. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, product names, images, designs, and text on this Website are the intellectual property of EVENOIR.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
EVENOIR shall not be liable for:
